A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, he moved to the US to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Case Western Reserve University. After practicing for 14 years in Central Illinois, he made the choice to relocate. Dr. Spencer resides in O’Fallon, IL with his six children — Noah, Karson, Landyn, Beckham, Ariah, and Liam.
